Career Connections is seeking a Human Resources Manager in Milford.
Duties include:
Administering health and welfare plans, including enrollments and terminations. Conducting new employee orientation to ensure employees understand plan provisions.
Processing monthly billing from insurance providers.
Maintaining HRIS records and compiling reports as needed.
Maintaining non-exempt attendance tracking system ensuring compliance with attendance guidelines.
Maintaining employee records and filing systems.
Administering workers compensation program including the return to work program.
Interpreting policies and procedures for all employees.
Coordinating the hiring of all non exempt employees.
Counseling employees concerning work related problems
Candidates must have at least 5-10 years of related HR experience preferably in a manufacturing environment, knowledge of COBRA, FMLA, and NH Worker's Compensation, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Candidates should be hands on , collaborative, and have strong problem solving skills.
